What is your return policy? Many items are custom made just for you which means that once your order has been processed we are unable to take returns or refunds at this time. If an item is not a custom order we accept unused merchandise for a return or exchange within 10 days of receipt of the item.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Can I personalize something that doesn't have the option to be personalized? We have many personalizing options available. We do our best to make a note of this, but sometimes we may forget to include that option. If you see something and you wish you could personalize it, please contact customer service and we will check on that item for you.
Why do some items ship out more quickly than others? We have many different manufacturers shipping from all over the country. We do our best to get you your products as quick as possible, but perfection does take some time. If there is an item that you need more quickly please notify us and we will try our best to accommodate your need.
